不同表面处理对氧化锆陶瓷与自粘结树脂粘结强度的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究针对氧化锆陶瓷以及两种自粘结树脂采用不同的表面处理方法会对其粘结强度所产生的影响。方法:随机把120个氧化锆瓷片平均分为A、B、C、D四组,每组30个。A组应用喷砂加上硅涂层法;B组应用Er:YAG相关的激光蚀刻进行处理;C组首先应用Er:YAG激光蚀刻其后采用喷砂加上硅涂层法;D组不做处理,作为对照组。还要将每组平分为a、b两组,把Bifix SE自粘结树脂(以下简称BSE)和Clearfi1SA自粘结树脂(以下简称CSA)作为粘结剂分别进行粘结,然后利用万能材料力学测试机对剪切强度进行测验。结果:应用BSE进行粘结时,将Ca组对比Aa组,相关差异没有统计学意义(P>O.O5);但是这两组粘结强度都要大于Ba组,差异有统计学意义(P<O.05),并且Ba组相关结果大于Da组(P<O.05),差异有统计学意义。应用CSA自粘结树脂粘结时(b组),粘结强度相关统计结果为Cb组大于Ab组大于Bb组大于Db组,各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<O.05)。首先应用Er:YAG激光蚀刻其后使用喷砂加上硅涂层法进行处理以后,使用CSA的其实际粘结强度要明显高于BSE,差异具有统计学意义(P<O.05)。结论:单独使用Er:YAG激光蚀刻实际粘结效果比喷石少加上硅涂层法要差一些,两者联合使用以后实际粘结强度会更高。 Objective To study the zirconia ceramics and two kinds of the bonding resin using different methods of surface treatment on the bonding strength of will. Methods Randomly divided the average 120 zirconia ceramics into four groups,namely the A,B,C,D four groups,each group 30. Group A use method of sandblasting and silicon coating,group B application Er:YAG laser associated etching processing,group C first application Er:YAG laser etching followed by sand blasting combined with silicon coating method.Group D don't do processing,as the control group.To divide each group for a, b two groups,the BifixSE since the binder resin(hereinafter referred to as the BSE) and Clearfil SA since the binder resin(hereinafter referred to as the CSA)adhesive as binder respectively, and then using the universal material mechanics testing machine was carried out on the shear strength test. Results BSE was used to bond,the Ca group compared with Aa group,the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05).But the two groups of bond strength than Ba group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05),and Ba relevant results is greater than the Da group(P〈0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Application of CSA(group b)when the binder resin bond,bond strength related to the statistical results of Cb is greater than the Ab group is greater than the Bb is greater than the Db group,the difference between each group had statisticalsignificance(P〈0.05).First application of Er:YAG laser etching followed by using sand plus silicon coating method after processing, the use of CSA its real bond strength is obviously higher than that of BSE, statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Single use of Er:YAG laser etching the actual binding effect is smaller than the spray stone plus silicon coating method is less,the combination of the actual bond strength after will be higher.
