摘要
基于主成分分析算法的电子产品有害物质分析测评系统设计的主要目的是能为出口企业的产品质检人员和检验检疫机构的检验人员提供相应电子产品的主要成分污染等级信息。利用Visual Studio 2010设计开发电子产品有毒有害物质分析测评系统,该系统具有新版Ro HS指令解析、主成分分析评估、电子产品有害物质评价体系为一体的综合功能。重点是结合电子产品有毒有害物质评价指标体系,应用主成分分析建立分析模型,对电子产品有毒有害物质进行综合评价,确定主要影响因素。
The knowledge training system of electronics and hazardous substances based on principal component analysis algorithm is designed to provide the level information of the main components' pollution for product quality control inspectors in export enterprises and inspection personnel agencies. The system is developed on Visual Studio 2010.The whole system includes the new version of the Rolls directive resolve, method of principal component analysis and evaluation, the hazardous substances evaluation system. The focus of this paper is using the principal component analysis model to do comprehensive evaluation of hazardous substances and then determine the main factors.
