锅炉安全运行直接关系到人民的生命和财产安全。监测和记录锅炉运行过程中的重要参数和操作过程,是保证锅炉安全运行的关键。智能终端专为小锅炉量身定制,以微控制器为核心,与压力变送器、水位测控器、开阀检测器等检测装置配套,可以独立完成计量参数和操作状态检测、数据存储与保护、数据查询、数据分析、操作提醒、超限报警、紧急控制、违规记录、故障诊断等功能。通过GPRS通信模块向远程监测平台或移动监测设备传送数据,组成物联网监测预警系统。它可以客观的反映锅炉运行状态和司炉工执行操作规程的情况,也可以为事故分析提供第一手资料。

Through GPRS communication module this design can transmit the data to the remote monitoring platform or mobile communication device,which can be part of a network of monitoring and early warning system o It can objectively reflect the running state of boiler and operation procedures of the fireman and provide First hand data for accident analysis.
