摘要
介绍一种提高U形铁心单相永磁同步电动机效率的方法,通过硬件电路和软件算法相结合,检测其转子转到指定位置时所需的时间,判断电动机的工作状态并调节可控硅下一次导通角,以有效地提高电机效率。
Way to improve the efficiency of sin- gle-phase AC PM synchronous motor with U-shaped core was introduced. Determining the time required for rotor to rotate at the appointed position, judgment of the working status of the motor and controlling the next switch to con- duction were complimented by means of the method that hardware circuit combined with software calculation, thus, to improve the motor efficiency significantly.
