Brief Introduction of the Pull-down Machine for Stator Windings of HV Motors

V P I真空浸漆工艺可使绝缘漆完全填充绝缘内部,在电机行业得到广泛应用。由于真空浸漆后的线圈与定子铁心紧密配合成为一体,电机线圈烧毁后拆线困难,现介绍一种高压电机拆线设备,以供电机修理之用。

The widely-used vacuum paint impregnation （VPI） process, capable to fill the insulting paint into the inside of the stator windings, made the impregnated stalor coil and steel core to form an integrated part. However, it would be very difficult to pull-down the windings from the stator slot. A kind of pull-down machine in purpose to pull down the stator windings of HV motors when repairing it was introduced.
