基于BARS的高校教务人员绩效考核研究

Research on the Performance Evaluation of University Educational Administration Personnel Based on BARS

高等院校教学质量的提高,不单只是以高素质教师队伍为前提和保证,高效的教务管理也是教学质量的有效保障之一.针对现有高校教务人员绩效考核的不足,提出了基于BARS(行为锚定等级量表法)的有限360度绩效考核以完善教务人员的绩效考核,进而打造高效的教务管理.

To improve the quality of higher education, it is not enough only relying on high-quality teachers. The high efficiency of educational administration is also essential. Due to deficiencies of the existing performance evaluation of university educational administration personnel, the paper proposed 360-degree performance evaluation based on BARS （ Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale） to improve the existing performance evaluation of university educational administration personnel, and then build an effective university educational administration team.
