摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平同志围绕全面依法治国作了一系列重要论述,形成了内涵丰富、体系严整的全面依法治国思想理论。在新的历史条件下全面推进依法治国,需要遵循中国特色社会主义法治道路,需要全面系统地在各个领域加以推进,需要有力的动力机制作保障,需要将价值关怀贯穿其中。
Since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping has made a series of important speeches about the promotion of law-based governance of China in all respects, forming thoughts and theories with complete system and abundant connotations. To promote rule of law in all respects under new historical conditions, it is necessary for China to follow the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, to go ahead systematically in all fields, to provide powerful motivation and energy, and to carry out the caring of value.
