摘要
在我国的国防教育实践中,存在着国防教育主体"狭窄化"和"模糊化"两大误区,必须从理论上加以辨析。虽然在汉语体系中"主体"具有多学科意涵,但从国防教育学的学科角度理解,国防教育主体的研究范畴是一个广义的"国家"概念;国防教育主体具有"主体多层次性,利益多元性和多元利益矛盾性等特征"。厘清国防教育主体概念及其特征,有利于在国防教育实践中,为落实各层次主体的权责提供理论依据,为解决各利益主体之间的矛盾提供处置途径,进而为国防教育的全民普及和深入开展提供理论支撑。
In the practice of the National Defense Education in our country,the current domestic recognition of the National Defense Education subject is too"narrow"or "fuzzy". It must be analyzed theoretically. As a Chinese word,the"subject"has interdisciplinary implications. From the perspective of national defense education category,the concept of"nation"as the National Defense Education subject should be understood broadly. The national defense education subject has multilevel characteristic and diverse interest relations and multiple conflicts between the interests parts involved. In order to implement the responsibilities of multilevel subjects and provide a way to solve the contradiction between the various interests parts involved in the National Defense Education practice,we must clarify the concept and characteristics of the National Defense Education subject,thus providing theoretical support for carrying out universal National Defense Education in a deep-going way.
