清少纳言是日本平安时代的著名歌人。她的《枕草子》为日本随笔文学的发轫之作。作品以日记、随笔等形式,表达了作者对宫中生活及自然风物的直观感受和审美理念,对日本随笔文学的形成与发展具有开创性和奠基性意义。
Sei Shongaon is a famous singer and writer in Heian Period of Japan. Her Pillow Book is the first Japanese informal essay.It described that her feelings about the Palace life and natural things,and aesthetic idea in the form of the essay,diary and so on,which lay a foundation of the development of the Japanese informal essay. This could be said to be groundbreaking work.
