新型城镇化背景下农村劳动力转移问题研究

Research on Rural Labor Transfer Under the Background of New Urbanization

近年来,我国农村劳动力转移取得了一定的成绩,但是,也面临着一系列的障碍。新型城镇化在追求人口、资源、经济、社会、环境等协调发展的城乡一体化的同时,户籍"瓶颈"缓解而土地"瓶颈"凸显,社会保障制度方面存在障碍,劳动力市场不完善等问题出现;深化户籍制度和土地制度改革,建立完善的劳动力市场体系,拓展农业产业链等不失为解决这些问题的策略。

In recent years, the transfer of rural labor force has made certain achievements in China, but it＇s also facing lots of obstacles. When the new urbanization pursuits the urban-rural integration with the coordinated development of population, resources, society and environment, the ＂ bottleneck＂ problem of the census register has been remitted. However, there appear such problems as the sailence of land ＂bottleneck＂, obstacles of social security system, imperfection of labor market and etc. Based on this, such countermeasures are put forward as promoting the reform of census register and land systems, establishing a perfect labor market system and expanding agricultural industry chains.
