王会仍教授中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的经验

Experience of professor Wang Huireng in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with integrated Western and Chinese medicine

目的:总结国家级名老中医王会仍教授采用中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床经验。方法:跟师学习,结合典型医案,对王会仍教授治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的理论和方法进行梳理并分析。结果:王会仍教授认为慢性阻塞性肺疾病以"肺脾肾虚"为本,以"气滞、痰饮、血瘀、肺热"为标,以"外感六淫"为诱因,治疗当"理气健脾、活血化瘀、补肺脾肾"等,并根据患者的体质差异,运用中西医结合的方法达到治愈疾病的目的。结论:王会仍教授中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效显著,其临证经验及选方用药值得学习。

Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine Wang Huireng in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with integrated western and Chinese medicine. Method：Through learning from the teacher and combing typical clinical cases,to arrange,analyze the theory and method of professor Wang HuiReng in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Results：Professor Wang HuiReng thinks that the essence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,the subordinate is Qi stagnation,phlegm-damp obstructing lung,blood stasis,lung heat;the predisposition is six exogenous pathogenic factors.Professor Wang suggests regulating qi-flowing to strengthen spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,supplementing the lung-spleen-kidney are main therapeutic method. And the physical differences of the patients should be considered in curing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Conclusion：The method of Professor Wang HuiReng is effective to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and his clinical experiences and selecting prescription is worthy of learning.
