基于因子分析的湖北省生态农业发展状况综合评价

Comprehensive assessment of ecological agriculture development of Hubei Province based on factor analysis

治理农业面源污染,促进湖北省农业可持续发展,需要大力发展生态农业。本文依据湖北省2004-2013年十年间农业及农村的3大类27个指标数据,运用因子分析和多重目标线性综合法,构建湖北省生态农业发展状况综合评价体系,用以量化分析湖北省生态农业的发展水平和变迁过程,并提出了节约和保护水资源与土地资源、减少农药与化肥的使用、完善农业保险机制等政策建议。

Govern agricultural aspect source pollution,promote sustainable development of agriculture in Hubei Province,the need to develop ecological agriculture. This paper based in Hubei Province in 2004- 2013 three categories of 27 indicators data in agriculture and rural areas,using factor analysis and multiple objective linear synthesis method,to build a comprehensive evaluation system of development of ecological agriculture in Hubei Province. In order to quantify the level of development of ecological agriculture in Hubei Province,and proposed conservation and protection of water and land resources,reduce pesticide and fertilizer use,improve the agricultural insurance mechanisms and other policy recommendations.
