探讨小儿肥胖症与糖尿病的关系

To explore the relationship between childhood obesity and diabetes

目的对小儿肥胖症的临床特征进行分析,并对小儿肥胖症与糖尿病之间的关系进行探讨。方法选取该院在2010年3月—2015年1月间收治50例小儿肥胖症患儿与50例同期健康体检的儿童,将前者分为观察组,将后者设为对照组,抽取两组儿童的静脉血,对其空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、葡萄糖耐量异常以及糖尿病的发生率进行观察与对比。结果通过对两组受检者进行检查后,观察组患儿的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖分别是(5.5±1.4)mmol/L与(8.6±1.9)mmol/L,与对照组儿童的(4.5±1.00)mmol/L和(7.3±1.6)mmol/L相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组患儿葡萄糖耐量异常与糖尿病的发生率明显要高于对照组儿童,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对小儿肥胖症各项临床指标与正常儿童进行对比,了解到小儿肥胖症是引发糖尿病的重要危险因素,针对小儿肥胖症采取必要的措施进行干预,则能够有效的提高患儿的身体健康水平,降低糖尿病的病发几率。

Objective The clinical characteristics of childhood obesity were analyzed, and the relationship between obesity and diabetes was discussed. Methods 50 cases with pediatric obesity admitted in our hospital from March 2010 to January 2015 and 50 children underwent health examination during the same period were selected as the subjects and set as the observation group and the control group, respectively. Venous blood samples were drawn from two groups of children. And the level of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glucose tolerance abnormality and incidence of diabetes was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The detection results showed that the level of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose was（5.5±1.4） mmol/L,（8.6±1.9） mmol/L in the observation group, and（4.5 ±1.00） mmol/L,（7.3 ±1.6） mmol/L in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the observation group had much higher incidence of glucose tolerance abnormality and diabetes, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comparison of the clinical parameters between pediatric obesity patients and normal children showed that pediatric obesity is an important risk factor inducing diabetes. For pediatric obesity, necessary intervention can effectively improve the health level and reduce the incidence of diabetes.
