Objective To investigate the clinical effects of retroperitoneal laparoscopy and traditional operation in the treatment of renal tumors. Methods 60 cases of renal tumors patients in Department of Urology of our hospital from June 2012 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group in accordance with the random number table. Each group contained 30 cases, and the preoperative preparations were all conducted. The observation group was given laparoscopic surgery, and the control group was given traditional operation. The operative basic conditions and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative ambulation, duration of indwelling catheter, duration of hospitalization and recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0.05). In the observation group, there were 1case of spleen injury, 1 case of postoperative bleeding, while in the control group, there were 1 case of pleural injury, 1 case of postoperative bleeding, 1 case of intestinal paralysis, 1 case of fistula, 1 case of renal insufficiency, and 1 case of infection, and there was statistically significant between the adverse reactions of the two groups, which were 6.67% vs 26.67%,(P〈0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopy, which shows higher safety, is better than that of traditional operation in the treatment of renal tumors.
