摘要
目的探究降压药联合生活方式的改变在高血压维持治疗的疗效。方法随机选取2013年4月—2014年4月间在该院进行治疗的高血压患者100例,随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组患者使用临床上常规的降压药(如尼卡地平与硝普钠联合治疗),观察组患者在对照组的基础上帮助患者改善患者的生活方式,观察两组患者的血压平稳情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为94%,对照组治疗有效率为72%,治疗总有效率比较(χ2=5.623,P=0.013),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降压药联合生活方式的改变在高血压维持治疗的疗效优于传统的降压药联合使用来降压。
Objective To explore the efficacy of lifestyle changes combined with antihypertensive drugs in maintenance therapy for hypertension. Methods 100 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital during April 2013 and April 2014 were randomly divided into control group（n=50） in which the patients were given combined treatment of nicardipine and sodium nitroprusside,and observation group in which the patients were treated with lifestyle changes combined with antihypertensive drugs. Blood pres-sure of the patients was compared between the two groups. Results There was statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group, 94% vs 72%,χ^2=5.623,P=0.013,0.05. Conclusion Compared with traditional antihypertensive drugs, lifestyle changes combined with antihypertensive drugs has better effect in maintenance therapy for hypertension.
