摘要
目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)在宫颈糜烂伴慢性宫颈炎中的临床应用效果。方法随机选取该院于2014年1月—2015年1月收治的100例宫颈糜烂伴慢性宫颈炎患者为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规LEEP治疗方法,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗方法。观察记录两组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生情况,及记录两组患者术后阴道流血量、阴道流血持续时间及创面愈合时间,并对两组患者治疗疗效进行判定,并行分析与比较。结果观察组患者阴道流血量为(15.5±5.0)m L、阴道流血持续时间为(19.5±0.5)d及创面愈合时间为(20.5±5.8)d均显著少于对照组患者的(20.5±1.2)m L、(16.3±8.0)d及(15.8±7.6)d(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗的总有效率为96.0%显著高于对照组的84.0%(P<0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合LEEP在宫颈糜烂伴慢性宫颈炎中的临床应用效果显著,可明显减少患者术后阴道流血量和流血持续时间,并有利于促进创面愈合。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis and cervical erosion. Methods In our hospital from 2014 January to 2015 January were treated 100 patients with chronic cervicitis and cervical erosion were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group. 50 patients in the control group were treated with conventional LEEP, while the other 50 patients in the observation group underwent LEEP combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsules. Adverse reactions during treatment, and amount of vaginal bleeding, vaginal bleeding time, wound healing time, and the treatment effects in the two groups were recorded and compared. Results Amount of vaginal bleeding, vaginal bleeding time, wound healing time were lower in the observation group than in the control group, which were(15.5±5.0)m L,(19.5±0.5)d,(20.5±5.8)d vs(20.5±1.2)m L,(16.3±8.0)d,(15.8 ±7.6)d., and the differences were statistically significant differences,P〈0.05. The total effective rate was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group, which was 96.0% vs 84.0%,P〈0.05. Conclusion LEEP combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsules is effective in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with cervical erosion due to its less amount of vaginal bleeding, shorter vaginal bleeding time and wound healing time.
