中药熏蒸配合理疗治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症临床效果分析

The Herb Fumigation Combined with Physiotherapy Treatment of Acute Lumbar Disc Herniation Clinical Effect

目的研究急性期腰椎间盘突出患者采用中药熏蒸加物理疗法共同方案取得的治疗效果。方法整群选取该院骨科自2013年12月—2014年11月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者78例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,两组各39例,观察组患者用中药熏蒸联合物理疗法进行治疗,对照组39例患者用手法按摩联合物理疗法进行治疗。结果经过10 d治疗,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.10%,明显优于对照组患者(69.97%),两组患者的治疗总有效率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ2=7.310)。结论对于急性期腰椎间盘的突出症患者,采用中药熏蒸联合物理疗法进行治疗,可以取得的疗效十分明显,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the acute lumbar disc herniation were treated by herbal fumigation plus physical therapy to achieve the treatment effects. Methods 58 cases of lumbar Department of orthopedics in our hospital from 2013 December to 2014 November were lumbar disc herniation patients as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group with 29 cases in each group, patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with physical therapy, 29 cases in the control group were treated with massage combined with physical therapy. Results After 10 d treatment, observation of patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 93.10%, significantly better than the control group（69.97% patients）, the treatment of the two groups of patients with total efficiency comparison, with significant difference（P〈0.05,χ2=7.310）, there is statistical significance. Conclusion For patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in the acute stage,using traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with physical therapy, the curative effect can be achieved is very obvious,is worth the clinical promotion.
