小儿髋关节发育异常超声筛查 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨超声筛查在小儿髋关节发育异常疾病中的应用价值。方法整群选取2012年1月—2013年6月间在该院进行髋关节发育异常超声筛查的4 857例小儿按照年龄、性别、病变程度分组,并进行统计学分析。结果共筛查出髋关节发育异常的患儿109例,总患病率在22.44‰,其中男性患儿36例(7.41‰),女性患儿73例(15.03‰),其中女性小儿发病率显著高于男性小儿(P<0.05)。根据年龄分为两组5 d^6岁,7~15岁,5 d^6岁的小儿有2 714例,其中髋关节发育异常有87例,占3.21%;7~15岁有2 143例,其中髋关节发育异常有22例,占1.03%,其中6岁以内的检出率大于6岁以上的检出率(χ2=25.917,P<0.05)。结论超声筛查是发现小儿髋关节发育异常的有效方法 ,为临床提供了很有价值的信息,早期正确把握治疗时机,可很好的控制病变的发生。 Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasound screening for developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH) in children. Methods We performed DDH ultrasound on screening 4857 children from January 2012 to June 2013 in ther hospital.The total samples were grouped according to age, sex and lesion degree, and then we performed statistical analysis. Results 109(22.4‰) of 4 857 children had DDH, 36(7.41‰) of whom were males and 73(15.03‰) were female. The prevalence of DDH is significantly greater in female than male(P〈0.05).They were divided into two groups according to the age of 5 d^6 years, 7 years old^15years old, 5 d ~6 years old children in 2 714 cases, including hip dysplasia in 87 cases, accounting for 3.21%; 7 years old ~15years old 2 143 cases, including hip dysplasia in 22 cases, accounting for 1.03%, the detection rate of more than six years old.The rate of less than six years old(χ^2=25.917, P〈0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound screening in the diagnosis of DDH can play a vital role for clinical research. To choose a better treatment time in the earlier stage in the disease can have a good control of the development of lesion.
