上消化道大出血舒适护理在急诊抢救室中的应用

Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage in Emergency Resuscitation Room

目的探讨舒适护理在上消化道大出血患者在急诊抢救室中的应用效果。方法随机选取该院自2010年3月—2012年3月收治的100例上消化道大出血病人,随机分观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理干预,比较两组患者护理后生活护理落实率和健康教育覆盖率,观察患者的护理满意度。结果观察组患者的生活护理落实率为为92.0%(46例),高于对照组的70%(42例),结果差异有统计学意义(P=0.0132,χ2=15.360);观察组患者的健康教育覆盖率为96.0%(48例),高于对照组的88%(44例),结果差异有统计学意义(P=0.025,χ2=7.341);患者对护理的满意度在95%以上。结论在急诊抢救室上消化道大出血患者中实行舒适护理能有效改善患者的生理和心理状态,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comfort nursing applied to upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in emer-gency resuscitation room. Methods 100 cases with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted in our department from March 2010 to March 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each. The control group were given the conventional nursing, the observation group were given the comfortable nursing intervention. After nursing, the life nursing implementation rate and health education coverage rate were compared between the two groups. And the nursing satisfac-tion was observed in the two groups. Results After nursing, the life nursing implementation rate was 92.0% （46 cases） in the ob-servation group, higher than that [70% （42 cases）] in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P=0.0132, χ^2=15.360）. The health education coverage rate was 96.0%（48 cases） in the observation group, higher than 88%（44 cases） in the con-trol group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P=0.025,χ^2=7.341）. The patient satisfaction was more than 95%. Conclusion Comfortable nursing applied to upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in emergency resuscitation room can im-prove the psychological and physiological state of patients, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
