细节护理在手术室护理中的应用及效果评价

Application of Detailed Nursing to Operating Room and Evaluation of the Effect

目的评价在手术室护理中细节护理的应用以及效果。方法整群选择该院2011年12月—2014年6月接收的96例行手术患者,随机将其划分为研究组(n=48)与对照组(n=48),对照组实施常规护理,研究组基于常规护理实施细节护理,观察和比较两组患者术后满意度评分情况和并发症发生率。结果研究组患者满意度评分为(95.17±3.24)分,并发症发生率为4.17%;对照组患者满意度评分为(79.25±4.29)分,并发症发生率为20.83%,两组数据通过统计学分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理中根据患者病情和护理需求实施细节护理,可缓解和消除患者负性情绪,使其主动积极配合治疗护理,确保手术顺利完成,减少并发症的发生且提高患者满意度,在临床具有应用推广价值。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of detailed nursing in operating room. Methods 96 patients underwent surgery in our hospital from December 2011 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the research group （n=48） and control group （n=48）. The control group were given conventional nursing, and the research group were given detailed nursing com-bined with conventional nursing. And the level of postoperative satisfaction and incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The scores of level of satisfaction were（95.17±3.24） points in the research group, （79.25± 4.29） points in the control group, the incidence of complications was 4.17% in the research group, 20.83% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Carrying out detailed nursing in accordance with the condition and nursing needs of the patients in the operating room can alleviate and eliminate the negative mood, make the patients actively coordinate with the treatment and nursing so as to ensure the successful implementation of the operation, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the level of patient satisfaction with the value of clinical application and promotion.
