林农与企业合作经营意愿影响因素分析

An Analysis of Factors Affecting Forestry Farmers' Willingness of Cooperation Management with Enterprises

在当前林权配套改革和林业产业化推进的背景下,为谋求林业产业发展和林农利益实现,需企业与林农建立稳定的利益联结关系,而成功与否一定程度上又取决于林农的合作意愿。本文对影响林农与企业合作意愿的因素做出假设,以江西省农户调查数据为依托,运用二项Logistic模型对影响因素进行了检验。实证结果表明,产品销售难度、寻找交易伙伴时务工收入损失、户主年龄、林业收入在家庭收入中的重要程度、户主技术培训经历、筹集林业经营资金难易度、林地经营面积、合作经营的政策支持等因素会对林农的合作意愿产生正向的影响。在研究结论基础上,提出相关政策建议。

Under the background of forest rights reform and forestry industrialization promotion,a stable interest connection between enterprises and forestry farmers should be established in order to realize the development of for-estry industrialization and forestry farmer’s interests. Whether the connection can be established or not,to a certain extent,depends on forestry farmers’cooperative willingness. This paper,first and formost,makes the assump-tions of affecting factors of cooperative willingness between forestry farmers and enterprises,then inspects the af-fecting factors,based on the survey data of Jiangxi Province farmers,by using binary Logistic model. The empirical results show that,many factors have a positive effect on the cooperative willingness such as the difficulty of selling products,the loss of labor incomes because of looking for trading partners,the age of the householder,the degree of importance of forestry income in family income,the householder’s technology training experience,the difficulty of raising funds of forestry management,forest land area,the cooperative supporting policy. Based on the conclu-sion of the study,this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions.
