摘要
为解决港口码头D字型护舷拆装维护复杂的问题,根据D字型护舷的结构特点、安装要求和工作环境,设计一种可安装于码头修理车工作斗上的护舷工装,可方便托住D字型护舷并进行拆装作业。该护舷工装能够简化D字型护舷拆装工艺,确保施工操作简单可靠、安全高效。
To solve the problems in complex disassembly and assembly and maintenance of the D-shaped fender,a fender fixture based on the bucket of a dock breakdown van,which can easily held the D-shaped fender for operation,is designed according to the structure features,installation requirements and working environment of the D-shaped fender. It is proved in practice that the fender fixture can both simplify the disassembly and assembly process,and ensure the safety and efficiency of operation.
