摘要
为确保斗轮堆取料机的安全性和稳定性,对前臂架钢结构进行优化设计。通过单位载荷法和图乘法求解超静定结构,画出弯矩图,并用ANSYS有限元软件进行电算验证。在提高设备可靠性的同时,实现设备的减重,提高经济效益。
To ensure the safety and stability of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer,optimization design is applied to the steel structure of front boom frame. The statically indeterminate structure is solved by unit load method and graphic multiplication method and the bending moment diagram is drawn. The ANSYS finite element software is applied to perform verification by electronic calculation. The reliability of equipment is improved through weight reduction of equipment.
