为了克服色纺梳理中排除色结,减少纤维损伤,提高纱线强力的工艺难点,从梳理对象和梳理工艺流程两方面分析了色纺纤维梳理工艺的难点,指出纤维经过染色后可纺性差,采用多清、多梳、多混合工艺流程后,虽色结减少,但短绒易增加,难以满足对梳理质量的要求;通过针布选配和工艺优化实践说明:合理的针布选型配置、新型梳理和精梳器材配合,采用多梳、柔梳、少损伤等优化梳理工艺,能够有效降低色结,合理控制短绒,保证梳理质量,为纺制优质色纺纱提供有利条件。

In order to find the such as difficulties in elimina str be of solution to the problems in the carding process in color spinning the color knots, reducing fiber damage, and ength,analysis is done to the above carded and the carding process. It is said difficulties from two aspects includ pointed out that fiber is of poor spinnabi increasing fiber ing the fiber to lity if dyed less knots after the processes of multi-cleared,multi-carded and multi-mixed,yet short and iber increases, failing to cater the carding standard. Clothing selection and process optimization show that sound clothing selection configuration, combination of new carding process and the corn- bing accessories,if multi carding, soft carding and less fiber damage ensured,can effectively re- duce the color knots with good control of short fiber for better yarn quality, thus favoring quali- ty color spinning.
