锰系镍钴锰三元前驱体合成试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 用单因素试验方法,以NaOH为沉淀剂,氨水溶液为pH值的调整剂及缓冲剂,合成镍钴锰三元前驱体,固定pH值为11.5,搅拌速度为800 r/min,用恒流泵控制盐溶液、NaOH溶液、氨水,滴加速率为1∶1∶1,以温度及盐浓度为变量,得到最佳温度为50℃,盐浓度为1.0 mol/L。以试验得到的镍钴锰三元前驱体及碳酸锂为原料,参照目前生产厂家的工艺条件,合成镍钴锰酸锂三元材料,性能优异,1.0 C放电容量达156.687 m A·h/g,50次容量衰减率为0.87%,可满足动力电池的要求。 To get synthesis of nickel cobalt manganese ternary precursor,we make use of single factor experiment method by NaOH as precipitant and ammonia solution to have pH adjusted in agent and buffering agent with pH value of 11.5,the stirring speed of 800 r/min.A constant flow pump can control salt solution,NaOH solution and ammonia water.With temperature and salt concentration as a variable,we can get the best temperature 50℃ and salt concentration 1.0 mol /L.In order to test nickel cobalt manganese ternary precursor and lithium carbonate as raw material,we get manufacturer’s process conditions,synthesis of nickel and cobalt ternary manganese acid lithium materials with excellent performance,including discharge capacity of 156.687 mA·h /g with 1.0 C,and the capacity decay rate was 0.87% after 50 cycles and it can meet the requirements of power battery.
