摘要
以锰矿制取电解液过程中排放的二氧化碳作为工艺原料,在催化剂的作用下,完全可以分别提取阳极液及复盐混晶中的锰、钙、镁离子,并生产相应的碳酸盐。提出了分离提镁的工艺思路,有望解决困扰电解金属锰行业中硫酸镁和硫酸锰与硫酸铵生成复盐混晶的问题。
Based on manganese ore in the process of preparing the electrolyte of carbon dioxide as raw materials under the action of catalyst,we can extract the anode fluid and double salt of mixed crystal manganese,including calcium and magnesium ions,and the corresponding carbonate production.We also put forward the separation process of the magnesium,expecting to solve the electrolytic manganese metal industry in magnesium sulfate and manganese sulfate and ammonium sulfate in double salt mixed crystal.
