腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗结直肠良恶性肿瘤60例效果探讨

Effect of Laparoscopy Combined with Colonoscopy in Treatment of 60 Cases Colorectal Benign and Malignant Tumors

目的研究和探讨腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗结直肠良恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法随机选取该院2012年6月—2014年6月收治的60例结直肠良恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组(30例,腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗),对照组(30例,传统开腹手术治疗),对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者术中手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间都明显低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗结直肠良恶性肿瘤,可缩短手术时间及住院时间,减少出血量,促进治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy in treatment of colorectal benign and malignant tumors. Methods 60 cases of benign and malignant colorectal tumor selected in our hospital in 2012 June-2014 year in June were treated as the research object according to the different treatment methods and divided into observation group （30 cases, combined laparoscopic and endoscopic treatment） and control group （traditional open surgery in the treatment of 30 cases）. Treat-ment effect of the two groups was compared. Results To investigate the operative time, amount of bleeding in surgery patients,post-operative hospitalization time was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;patients in the observation group the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy in treatment of colorectal benign and malignant tumors can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time, reduce the amount of bleeding, improve the therapeutic effect.
