腹腔镜手术联合诺雷德治疗中重度卵巢内异症疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Laparoscopic Surgery Combined With Zoladex for Moderate/Severe Ovarian Endometriosis

目的探析中重度卵巢内异症采用腹腔镜手术联合诺雷德治疗的临床效果。方法入选该院2013年3月—2014年3月收治且符合标准的中重度卵巢内异症患者120例,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例;对照组患者给予腹腔镜手术治疗,治疗组患者给予腹腔镜手术联合诺雷德治疗;观察两组患者治疗后的临床效果情况。结果两组患者治疗后,病情均有改善,但治疗组的总有效率93.3%显著优于对照组的75.0%,治疗组患者术后的复发率3.3%和妊娠率28.3%显著优于对照组的20.0%和5.0%,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合诺雷德治疗中重度卵巢内异症,有效的缓解了患者的临床症状,降低了患者术后复发率,提高了术后患者的妊娠率,促进了患者妊娠功能的恢复,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the curative effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with Zoladex for moderate/severe ovarian en-dometriosis. Methods 120 patients with moderate/severe ovarian endometriosis in our hospital from 2013 March to 2014 March were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to different therapies, 60 cases each group. The control group adopted laparoscopic surgery and treatment group adopted laparoscopic surgery combined with Zoladex; the clinical effects of two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the patients＆#39; conditions of two groups were improved. The total effective rate of treatment group （93.3%） was significantly higher than that of control group （75.0%）;the postoperative recurrence rate （3.3%） and pregnancy rate （28.3%） of treatment group were significantly better than recurrence rate （20.0%） and pregnancy rate （5.0%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For moderate and severe ovarian endometriosis, laparoscopic surgery combined with Zoladex can effectively re-lieve the clinical symptoms, reduce the postoperative recurrence rate, improve the pregnancy rate and promote the patients＆#39; recov-ery. The obvious curative effect is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
