起立床站立训练在早期脑梗死中的应用效果分析

Curative Effect of Early Rise Ded Stand Training for Cerebral Infarction Patients with Hemiplegia

目的为了分析在康复治疗脑梗死偏瘫病患中早期起立床站立训练对其日常活动与平衡能力的治疗效果。方法选取2013年2月—2014年2月在该院神经内科接受脑梗死偏瘫治疗的病患66例,将这些病患随机分成两组,治疗组与对照组,每组共有病患33例,为对照组中的病患提供常规治疗与康复训练,治疗组中的病患在对照组的基础上使用起立床站立训练。使用Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评定两组病患治疗前与治疗后1个月日常活动能力、肢体平衡能力与运动能力。结果经过1个月的治疗后,两组病患的BBS评分、FMA评分、MBI评分都优于治疗前,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。在治疗中,两组病患没有产生严重的不良反应。结论在脑梗死偏瘫病患的常规康复治疗中,加入起立床站立训练能够有效提高病患的日常活动能力、肢体平衡能力与运动能力,在康复治疗中可以推广使用。

Objective To observe the cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia early rise bed stand training on their daily activi-ties and the therapeutic effect of balance. Methods Chose from February 2013 to February 2013 neurology 66 cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia, all patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, each group of 33 people. Patients in the control group used conventional treatment and rehabilitation training, the treatment group patients on the basis of used standing bed stand the training. Used the Berg balance scale （BBS）, Fugl - Meyer score （FMA）, modified Barthel in-dex （MBI） evaluation to comment two groups of patients ability of daily activity, body balance ability and movement ability before treatment and 1 month after treatment. Results After 1 month of treatment, the BBS of grade, FMA, MBI scores of two groups of patients were better than before the treatment, P〈0.01, significant statistically significance. In treatment, two groups of patients did not produce serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia routine rehabilitation use the standing bed stand training can effectively improve the patient＆#39;s daily activities, body balance ability and movement ability, can promote the use in the rehabilitation treatment.
