卡维地洛联合复方丹参滴丸治疗劳力性心绞痛疗效分析

Curative Effect of Carvedilol and Fufang Danshen Gutta Pills on Effort Angina

目的探讨卡维地洛联合复方丹参滴丸治疗劳力性心绞痛的疗效。方法随机选取该院于2011年12月—2013年12月收治的80例劳力性心绞痛的患者,分为两组(对照组和治疗组),对照组:给予冠心病的常规治疗,治疗组:在冠心病常规治疗的基础上服用卡维地洛和复方丹参滴丸。每组40例,观察时间5周,比较治疗前后患者心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、心率、血压及临床疗效。结果与对照组相比(总有效率是77.5%),治疗组总有效率明显增加(87.5%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛联合复方丹参滴丸治疗劳力性心绞痛能提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Carvedilol and Fufang Danshen Gutta Pills on effort angina. Methods effort angina patients （n=80） were randomly divided into control group （ conventional therapy for angina） and treatment group （Carvedilol and Fufang Danshen Gutta Pills based on conventional therapy） for 5weeks. The angina episode times, heart rate, blood pressure and curative effect were compared between both groups before and after treatment. Results Compare with control group （77.5%）, the total effective rate in treatment group improved obviously （87.5%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Carvedilol and Fufang Danshen Gutta Pills can improve the curative effect and the quality of life for patients with effort angina.
