恶性梗阻性黄疸患者行PTCD术后的临床表现及护理

Clinical Manifestations of Patients with Malignant Obstructive Jaundice af-ter PTCD and the Corresponding Nursing

目的探讨恶性梗阻性黄疸患者行PICD术后的临床表现以及护理。方法将2012年7月—2014年6月到该院实施PICD术的45例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者作为观察组,实施强化护理;基于此选择同时期到该院采取PICD术的45例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者作为对照组,予以常规护理,分析术后临床表现,比较两组患者并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率为13.3%,满意度为91.1%,对照组并发症发生率为31.1%,护理满意度为71.1%,两组数据经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过该研究结果的分析可知,采取PTCD术治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸,安全且有效,加强术后患者临床表现的观察和护理,并发症发生可降25%左右,促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations of patients with malignant obstructive jaundice after PICD and the corresponding nursing. Methods 45 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice underwent PICD in our hospital from July 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the observation group and given the intensive care. And other 45 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice underwent PICD in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group and given the usual care. The postoperative clinical manifestations in both groups were analyzed. And the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the incidence of complications was 13.3%, nursing satisfaction was 91.1%, and that in the control group was 31.1%, 71.1%, respectively, the differences in the two aspects between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The analysis of the results of this study showed that PTCD is safe and ef-fective in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice. And strengthened observation of clinical manifestations and correspond-ing nursing can make the incidence of complications fall by about 25%and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
