摘要
目的为了进一步探究小儿颈部钙化放射线诊断特点和影像医学特点。方法选取2010年1月—2014年12月在该院进行颈椎间盘钙化症的病患76人,将其随机分成两组,治疗组与对照组,每组病患38人,为治疗组中的患儿提供CT诊断,为对照组中的患儿提供X线诊断,对比分析其诊断结果。结果治疗组38例患儿中有35例颈椎间盘钙化,3例外伤后椎间盘钙化;对照组38例患儿中有28例颈椎间盘钙化,8例外伤后椎间盘钙化,2例漏诊,对比两组患儿的确诊率,治疗组高于对照组。结论在小儿颈部钙化症的临床诊断中,CT诊断具有显著优势,对钙化区域、钙化状态、椎管结构、髓核脱出等情况的成像结果理想,应作为小儿颈部钙化症的临床常规诊断手段。
Objective To further explore the radiological diagnosis of pediatric cervical calcification characteristics and medical imaging characteristics. Methods Selection in January 2010 to December 2014 in our hospital for patients of cervical interverte-bral disc calcification, 76 people, it is divided into two groups at random, the treatment group and control group, each group a total of 38 people, patients in treatment group provide CT in the diagnosis of children, the children in control group with X-ray diagno-sis, analysis of its diagnosis. Results In children with treatment group (38 cases, 35 cases of cervical intervertebral disc calcifica-tion, 3 exception intervertebral disc calcification after injury; 28 cases in the control group of 38 cases of cervical intervertebral disc calcification, 8 exception intervertebral disc calcification after injury, 2 cases of misdiagnosis, compare the positive rate of two groups of children, the treatment group was higher than the control group. Conclusion Calcification in the pediatric neck disease in clinical diagnosis, CT has significant advantages, structure of calcified area, state of calcification, vertebral canal, nucleus pulpous emerge, and so on and so forth of ideal imaging results, should be as a pediatric neck calcification disease clinical routine diagnostic method.
