参麦注射液辅助中晚期恶性肿瘤化疗增效减毒的临床观察

Clinical observation of the effect of chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced malignant tumor with the aid of Shen Mai Injection

目的：观察参麦注射液配合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的效果、生活质量及不良反应。方法：136例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者,根据患者的肿瘤类型、化疗方案、年龄、KPS评分状况随机分为2组：参麦组在化疗同时用参麦注射液50-100 ml静脉滴注连用10-14 d,对照组仅施以化疗。结果：参麦组68例,PD患者中参麦组明显低于对照组,参麦组治疗后生活质量改善,参麦组外周血WBC、PLT降低程度,恶心呕吐、心电图改变明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;肝、肾功能的异常两组间资料比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：参麦注射液配合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤不仅疗效提高,且不良反应减轻,患者体力恢复较快,生活质量提高,有利于化疗方案的顺利完成。

Objective To observe the effect of the treatment of advanced malignant tumor in the treatment of advanced malignant tumor,life quality and toxic and side effects. Method 136 cases of advanced malignant tumor patients,according to the patients with the type of tumor,chemotherapy,age,KPS scores were randomly divided into to two groups： Shenmai group in chemotherapy and Shenmai injection50 - 100 ml by intravenous drip QD for 10 - 14 days,control group only subjected to chemotherapy. Results Shenmai group 68 cases,PD patients with Shen Mai group was significantly lower than that of the control group,Shenmai group treatment after the improvement of the quality of life,Shenmai group peripheral blood WBC and PLT reduce the degree of,nausea,vomiting,and ECG change was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; function of liver and renal anomalies between two groups data showed no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumor in middle and advanced stage only the curative effect is improved,and to reduce side effects,patients physical recovery faster,to improve the quality of life,is conducive to the successful completion of the chemotherapy.
