临床观察麻醉药在口腔内科的应用效果

The application effect of the anesthetic in oral medicine

目的:为了深入研究在口腔内科中麻醉药物的应用效果。方法:选取接受口腔治疗的病患210例,将其随机分成治疗组与对照组两组,每组105例。治疗组给予复方阿替卡因治疗,对照组给予盐酸利多卡因治疗,使用统计学方法对比分析两组病患的术中疼痛分值、麻醉起效时间、麻醉效果。结果:治疗组中病患的术中疼痛程度与麻醉起效时间均低于对照组,麻醉效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔内科在对病患进行治疗时,复方阿替卡因的局部渗透能力更强,麻醉效果更显著,可以推广使用范围。

Objective To study the application effect of the anesthetic in oral medicine. Method 210 patients of oral treatment were selected,they were divided into the treatment group and control group at random each group a total of 105 patients,the patients in treatment group were given compound articaine,the patients in the control group were treated with lidocaine hydrochloride,The use of statistical methods comparative analysis of two groups of patients intraoperative pain scores,anesthesia effect time,anesthetic effect. Results the intraoperative pain degree and the anesthesia effect time of patients in treatment group were lower than the control group,the effect of anesthesia was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion When the patients in the department of oral medicine are treated,compound atenolol paid local infiltration ability is stronger,more significant effect of anesthesia,to promote the use scope.
