毫米波和药物外敷治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效观察及护理

Effect and nursing of millimeter wave and drug application treatment of chemotherapy phlebitis

目的：探讨毫米波和药物外敷治疗化疗性静脉炎的效果。方法：将60例化疗性静脉炎患者随机分为毫米波治疗组24例,药物外敷组36例。毫米波组采用频率为36 GHz的毫米波,照射2次/d,30 min/次;药物外敷组在局部冷敷24 h后分别采用硫酸镁、如意金黄散、喜疗妥三种药物外敷,2次/d,30-40 min/次;分别于2 d、3 d、5 d、7 d观察治疗效果。结果：毫米波治疗组患者治疗当天症状明显改善,局部皮肤色泽变暗,5 d后基本痊愈,治愈率为100%。而药物外敷组患者痊愈6例,好转20例,无效10例,治愈率为83.3%。结论：毫米波在治疗化疗性静脉炎时治愈率明显优于药物外敷,同时毫米波是一种无痛苦无创伤的治疗方法,患者易于接受,值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of the millimeter wave and external medicine application on chemotherapeutic phlebitis. Method 60 chemotherapy phlebitis patients were randomly divided into two groups： 24 cases for millimeter wave,36 cases for external medicine application. Patients in millimeter wave group were treated by 36 GHz frequency millimeter wave irradiation,twice daily,30 minutes for each time. External medicine application group were respectively treated with magnesium sulfate,Ruyi Jinhuang powder,hirudoid after 24 h cold compress,twice daily,30 -40 minutes for each time. Observe the therapeutic effect on 2d,3d,5d,7d respectively. Results The patients in millimeter wave group were treated significantly on the day of the millimeter wave treatment. The skin darkened,and recovered 5 days later. The cure rate was 100%. On the other hand,the external medicine application group were cured 6 cases,improved 20 cases,and 10 cases ineffective. The effective rate was 83. 3%. Conclusion The effect of millimeter wave on chemotherapeutic phlebitis is much more better than that of external medicine application. It is a method of no pain and no trauma. It is worthy of promotion and application.
