心理护理在慢性荨麻疹治疗中的影响

Effect of psychological nursing care in the treatment of chronic urticaria

目的:探讨慢性荨麻疹治疗中心理护理的临床效果;方法:从慢性荨麻疹患者中选取102例进行回顾性分析,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组51例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行心理护理,观察两组患者生活质量指数、HAMA评分及症状评分。结果:观察组生活质量指数评分明显低于对照组,观察组HAMA评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性荨麻疹治疗中,实施心理护理,能有效缓解患者不良情绪,改善心理状况,促进恢复,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological nursing care in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Method A total of 102 patients were analyzed retrospectively from chronic urticaria patients,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,51 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing care,the observation group in the control group on the basis of psychological nursing,observation of the patients quality of life index,two groups of HAMA score and symptom score. Results The observation group quality of life index score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the observation group the HAMA score was significantly lower than the control group,the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic urticaria,psychological nursing and can effectively relieve patients negative emotions,improve the psychological status,to promote recovery,is worthy of clinical application.
