心理干预对硬镜微创保胆取石合并高血压患者术前血压的影响

Effect of preoperative blood pressure in the patients with hypertension by psychological intervention on treatment of gallbladder-preserving cholelithotomy with rigid endoscope

目的:探讨和研究心理干预对硬镜微创保胆取石合并高血压患者术前血压的影响。方法:研究对象选取为100例胆囊结石合并高血压患者,均择期行硬镜微创保胆取石术治疗,随机分为试验组和对照组各50例。对照组采用常规护理措施,试验组在常规护理基础上进行术前心理干预,对比两组患者干预前后的SAS评分及血压控制情况。结果:干预前两组患者的SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后试验组患者的SAS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组患者的血压情况对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后试验组患者的收缩压及舒张压控制水平均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用心理干预对硬镜微创保胆取石合并高血压患者降低术前焦虑与血压升高是行之有效的,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on hard and mirror minimally invasive gall preserving lithotomy preoperative blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Method 100 cases of gallstone patients with hypertension were selected,they were undergoing a hard endoscope minimally invasive gall preserving lithotomy treatment and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each group,the control group used routine nursing measures,the experimental group were given preoperative psychological intervention based on routine nursing,before and after contrast two groups of treatment in patients with SAS score and blood pressure control. Results The two groups before the intervention of patients with SAS score had no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）,intervention in the experimental group SAS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; there was no blood pressure before the intervention compared two groups of patients with significant difference（ P〉0. 05）,the experimental group intervention patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure control was significantly better than the control group,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of psychological intervention on a hard endoscope minimally invasive cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder preservation in the patients with hypertension and reducing preoperative anxiety and elevated blood pressure is effective,and worth of clinical application.
