海南眼树莲两种提取物急性毒性及抗炎活性实验研究 被引量:6

Acute toxicity and anti-inflammatory effectiveness of two extracts from Dischidia chinensis

摘要 目的比较海南眼树莲水提取物和乙醇提取的急性毒性和抗炎活性。方法用最大浓度、最大给药体积的水提取物和乙醇提取物给小鼠灌胃给药,观察急性毒性;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性模型、鸡蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀增加模型观察眼树莲水提取物和乙醇提取物的抗炎活性。结果眼树莲水提取物和醇提物的小鼠最大耐受生药量分别为228.71g/kg和206.45g/kg。水提取物和乙醇提取物均能抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸引起的小鼠毛细血管通透性增加、鸡蛋清诱导大鼠足肿胀。结论海南眼树莲水提取物和醇提取物分别在最大耐受量这个剂量下研究其抗炎作用较为安全,乙醇提取物的抗炎活性优于水提取物。 Objective To observe the acute toxicity and anti- inflammatory effectiveness of water extract and ethanolextract of Dischidia chinensis. Methods The acute toxicity in water extract and ethanol extract of Dischidia chinensis weredetermined via i.g. route with maximum concentration and volume in mice. The anti-inflammatory effect in water extract andethanol extract were evaluated in the inflammatory models of xylene- induced ear edema mice, acetic acid- induced celiaccapillary permeability increased mice and egg white-induced foot swelling mice. Results Maximum tolerable doses(MTD) inwater extract and ethanol extract of Dischidia chinensis in mice were 228.71 g/kg and 206.45 g/kg, respectively. Water extractand ethanol extract could inhibit xylene-induced ear edema, acetic acid-induced celiac capillary permeability increased andegg white-induced foot swelling in mice. Conclusion Water extract and ethanol extract of Dischidia chinensis are safe inanti-inflammatory effect under the doses of the MTD. Anti-inflammatory effect of ethanol extract is better than water extract ofDischidia chinensis.
