Twist和Akt2蛋白在肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达

Expression of Twist and Akt2 protein in renal clear cell carcinoma

目的探讨Twist和Akt2蛋白在肾透明细胞癌(RCCC)组织中的表达及其与RCCC临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化Eli Vision TM Plus法检测43例RCCC及20例癌旁正常肾组织中Twist和Akt2蛋白的表达,并分析二者表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果 RCCC和癌旁正常肾组织中的Twist蛋白阳性表达率分别为67.44%和20.00%,具有显著差异(P<0.01);Twist蛋白表达与RCCC病理分级、局部淋巴结转移呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。RCCC和癌旁正常肾组织中的Akt2蛋白阳性表达率分别为60.47%、15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Akt2蛋白表达与RCCC病理分级、局部淋巴结转移呈显著正相关(P<0.01;P<0.05)。Twist和Akt2蛋白的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。Twist和Akt2蛋白表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Twist和Akt2蛋白过表达与RCCC发生发展相关,二者可能存在协同作用。

Objective To explore the expression and correlation of Twist and Akt2 protein in renal clear cell carcinoma（RCCC）, and to analyze the relationship between the expression of Twist and Akt2 protein and clinicopathological features.Methods Immunohistochemical Eli VisionTMPlus method was performed to detect the expression of Twist and Akt2 protein in43 cases of RCCC,20 cases with paratumor normal renal tissues in control group. The relationship between the expression ofTwist and Akt2 protein and clinicopathological features was examined in this study. Results The positive expression rates ofTwist protein in RCCC was significantly higher than that in control group（67.44% vs 20%,P〈0.01）. There were positivecorrelation between Twist protein expression and Fuhrman pathological grade and local lymph node metastasis in RCCC（P〈0.05）. The positive expression rates of Akt2 protein in RCCC was significantly higher than that in control group（60.47%% vs15%,P〈0.01）. There were positive correlation between Akt2 protein expression and Fuhrman pathological grade and locallymph node metastasis in RCCC（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. The expression of Twist and Akt2 protein was not correlated with gender,age and tumor size in RCCC（P〈0.05）. There was positive correlation between the expression of Twist protein and Akt2 proteinin RCCC（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are over-expression of Twist and Akt2 protein in RCCC. They might play synergeticroles in the process of RCCC.
