摘要
目的分析迈尔斯布里格性格测试对年轻护士工作满意度的影响,初步探索迈尔斯布里格性格测试用于年轻护士管理的理论依据,为管理者实施个性化管理提供建议和参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、迈尔斯布里格人格特征测试表-M版和工作满意度量表,对青岛市3所三级甲等医院296名年轻护士进行问卷调查。结果不同性格类型的年轻护士工作满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但在"在社会或专业上的交流、交往机会"和"对工作的支配及参与决策的机会"两个维度上,不同性格类型的年轻护士的工作满意度得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年轻护士工作满意度呈中等偏下水平,迈尔斯布里格性格测试反映了性格特征能够影响年轻护士工作满意度,建议利用迈尔斯布里格性格测试实施因人而异的管理策略,进一步提高护士工作满意度,稳定护理团队。
Objective To investigate the effects of Myers - Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) on satisfaction among junior nurses, thus to provide basis to MBTI on management among junior nurses,so as to provide references and suggestions for manager to Drotect personalized management. Method Demographic informarion questionnaire, the Chinese version M BTI Form M and the Mc -Closkey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale (MMSS) were distributed among 296 young nurses who work in three hospitals in Qingdao. Results There was statistical significance in the job satisfaction among nurses with different personality types or Social activities. Conclusion The job satisfaction of young nurses was below the average. The MBTI reflectcal personality charactertics could influence job satisfaction young nurses. Nursing managers can use MBTI to implement individual management,to improve job satisfaction of nurses and stabilize nursing team.
