护士临床沟通能力的影响因素分析

The influencing factors of clinical communication ability among nurses

目的调查护士临床沟通能力及其影响因素。方法选取哈尔滨市4所医院263名临床护士,采用一般资料调查表、护士临床沟通能力量表及人际反应指针量表进行调查。结果护士临床沟通能力总均分为(3.94±0.46)分,共情能力总均分为(2.74±0.37)分。医院等级、观点采择是护士临床沟通能力的主要影响因素。结论护士临床沟通能力受其共情能力的影响,护理管理者应多途径为护士创造再教育的机会,不断提高其共情能力,进而提高其临床沟通能力。

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of clinical communication ability among nurses. Methods Totally,263 nurses from 4 hospitals in Harbin were investigated by demographic questionnaire, nurses＇clinic communication competency scale and Interpersonal Reactivity Index for Chinese （IRI -C） . Results The average score of clinic communication competency was （3.94 ± 0.46） ,and the average score of empathy ability was （2.74 ± 0.37 ）. The influencing factors of clinical communication ability of nurses were hospital grade and perspective taking. Conclusion The study reveals that nurses＇clinic com- munication competency is influenced by their empathy ability. Administrators should actively create continuing education opportunities for nurses to enhance their empathy ability and to further improve their clinic communication competency.
