摘要
目的调查银屑病患者被歧视经历及其对患者应对方式和生活质量的影响。方法对140例银屑病住院患者进行患病情况、被歧视经历、应对方式和生活质量的调查。结果 50.00%的患者有过因银屑病而被歧视的经历,并且病情严重、有出血、暴露部位有皮损的患者更容易被歧视。有被歧视经历的患者屈服维度得分高于没有被歧视过的患者,生活质量低于无被歧视经历的患者(P<0.01)。结论银屑病患者中普遍存在被歧视经历,并对患者的心理产生影响,降低了患者的生活质量,应该引起社会和医护人员的重视。
Objective To investigate the experience of sitigmatizition in psoriasis patients, and to analyze the influence on patients'coping style and quality of life. Methods Totally, 140 inpatients with psoriasis were surveyed about their disease condition, experience of been discriminated, coping style and quality of life. Results Half of the patients had been discriminated for psoriasis, and patients with serious illness, hemorrhage, exposed parts of skin lesions were more likely to be discriminated. Patients who had stigmatisation experience had more "surrender" dimension score, and lower quality of life(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Been discriminated is popular in patients with psoriasis, which influences their psychological status and the quality of life.
