肿瘤科临床护士对肿瘤科高级实践护士角色职能的认同程度与自身能力评价

A study in oncology nurses ' understanding and self- evaluation on Oncology Advanced Practice Nurse

目的了解肿瘤科临床护士对于肿瘤科高级实践护士角色职能的认同程度及对自身能力的评价,为国内设置肿瘤科高级实践护士的必要性、应承担角色的职能以及培养对象的选拔条件提供依据。方法应用肿瘤科高级实践护士认知状况调查与能力评价表对北京市某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院的111名护士进行调查。结果肿瘤科临床护士认同肿瘤科高级实践护士的临床实践者、教育咨询者、协调者、管理者、研究者5个角色职能,但认为自身的协调能力、临床实践相关能力、教育咨询相关能力、管理能力、科研能力和伦理决策能力与成为肿瘤科高级实践护士尚有距离。结论尽管肿瘤科临床护士对肿瘤科高级实践护士的角色职能较为认同,但是其对相应的自身能力评价不高,还需要进一步培养和锻炼。

Objective To investigate the oncology nurses＇understanding of Oncology Advanced Practice Nurse （OAPN） , so as to provide basis for necessity of set OAPN in China, role function to take and selection criteria of training objects. Methods Totally, 111 oncology nurses were investigated using a self - designed questionnaire. Results The five roles of clinical practitioner, educator and consultant, coordinator, manager, researcher were supposed to be essential roles in OAPN. However,these oneology nurses were not satisfied with their abilities so far. Conclusion Although Chinese cancer nurses attach importance to the OAPN roles, but they have poor evaluation of their own abilities, further training for them is urgent and of great importance.
