基于网络平台的闭环式护理不良事件警讯上报系统的应用

目的通过医院网络平台研发闭环式护理不良事件警讯上报系统,构建护理不良事件自愿报告系统管理的有效模式。方法建立不良事件上报、审核反馈、动态警讯处理、现场追踪、汇总分析等流程的闭环式护理不良事件警讯上报的模板,实施不良事件的闭环管理。结果护理不良事件漏报率及重复发生率降低,护理不良事件处置时间缩短(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论闭环式护理不良事件警讯上报系统为护理管理者决策提供科学依据,促进护理质量持续改进。

Objective To develop an alerts reporting system of closed - loop nursing adverse events, and build an effective management model of voluntary reporting nursing adverse events system through the hospital network platform. Methods Establishing the model of alerts reporting system of closed - loop nursing adverse events on processes of reporting, auditing feedback, dynamic alerts handling, live tracking, summary analysis, to implement closed -loop management of adverse events. Results After the application of alerts reporting system of closed - loop nursing adverse events based on network platform, the rate of missing report and repetition was reduced, the intervention time of nursing adverse events was shortened （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The closed - loop alerts reporting system of nursing adverse events provides a scientific basis for nursing managers to make decisions and promoted continuous nursing quality improvement.
