摘要 阐述了一种对机载AESA雷达X波段干扰机设计,采用并行发射双波束相控阵体制,可以快速灵活实现不同频率、不同带宽、不同指向空间双干扰波束。工作频段X波段,瞬时带宽1GHz,工作带宽4GHz,连续波工作,等效辐射功率在43 dBW。干扰激励2路,各自经延时放大、功率分配成32路送波控移相控制,再混合后送32路路发射通道功率放大输出天线阵面;天线阵面采用4×32斜极化微带振子组成一维相控阵,辐射至空间形成需要干扰波束。双波束工作干扰模式不同,工作频率不同,波束指向不同,可以方便实现对空间双目标同时进行欺骗式干扰和压制干扰。 A novel wideband,dual-beam phased-array jammer of airborne AESA radar in X-band spectrum was designed in this paper.We employed parallel dual-beam transmission and phased-array system,and flexibly achieved dual jamming beams at different frequencies,bandwidths,and directions.This jammer works in X-band spectrum,and has a simultaneous bandwidth of 1 GHz,and a working bandwidth of 4 GHz.It worked at continuous-wave mode,and has an ERP value of 43 dBW.The two jamming stimuli go through the time-delayed-amplifying modules and power divider severally.Then the power are divided into 32 paths and delivered to beam-steering phase-control,and then mixed and transferred to32 paths transmission channel,and amplified and delivered to the antenna array.The antenna array employs 4 × 32 obliquely polarized micro-strip oscillator to form one-dimensional phased array.It radiates into the space and forms the needed jamming beam.The two beams worked at different jamming modes,frequencies,and beam directions.Thus the jammer can flexibly achieve deception jamming and suppression jamming at two targets.
