噻托溴铵联合信必可都保治疗稳定期COPD的疗效观察

The curative effect of Tiotropium bromide combined with Symbicort turbuhaler on patients with stable COPD

目的观察噻托溴铵联合信必可都保治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的效果。方法将100例稳定期COPD患者按入院顺序半随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予茶碱缓释片常规口服,必要时给予沙丁胺醇气雾剂雾化治疗;观察组给予噻托溴铵联合信必可都保雾化治疗,连续治疗2个月。观察两组患者治疗前后肺功能及血气变化情况。结果观察组患者肺功能改善情况及血氧饱和情况明显优于对照组,且均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵联合信必可都保可明显改善稳定期COPD患者的肺功能状态,有利于改善患者预后,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Tiotropium bromide combined with Symbicort turbu- haler on patients with stable COPD. Methods One hundred patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given theophyUine orally, and if necessary salhu- tamol aerosol atomization treatment was given. The observation group was given Tiotropium bromide and Symbicort turbuhale therapy. For two consecutive months after the treatment, the changes of lung function and blood gas wore analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results Lung function and blood oxygen saturation improved better in the observation group than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tiotropium bromide combined with symbicort turbuhale can obviously improve the stability state of pulmonary function in COPD patients and improve the prognosis of patients and the quality of life.
