摘要
近年来庆阳市农民收入虽然有所增长,但仍然存在基础设施滞后、农村经济发展资金短缺等制约因素,借助农民增收的有力条件,提出促进农民增收的建议.
In recent years, although the qingyang farmers＇ income has increased,there has some restraining factors such as infrastructure lag and the shortage of rural funds.With the help of favorable conditions for increasing farmers＇ income,it gives some response and suggestions on how to promote the farmers＇ income.
