摘要
运用测试法、文献资料法、数理统计法等科研方法对陇南师专高等专科学校1700名在校大学生三年以来的体质变化情况进行了跟踪测试并对测试结果进行了分析并找出了学生体质变化的趋势与规律.研究结果认为:现行的《学生健康体质标准》为学生的体质健康状态起到了积极的导向作用,同时大学体育课程的有效实施在一定程度上促进了学生的体质健康,并对学生的自我体育锻炼、健康状态的改善和良好体育锻炼习惯的养成有着积极的意义.
This paper test, the method of literature, mathematical statistics and other research methods of Longnan Teachers College of1700 students of three years since the physique change condition of tracking test and analyzes the test results and trends and rules find out students' physique change. The results that: the current"students' health standard for students"physical health status plays a positive guiding role, at the same time, the effective implementation of the university sports curriculum to a certain extent promoted the students' physical health, has a positive meaning to develop and the students' self exercise, health improvement and a good physical exercise habit.
