如何规避负性领导行为 被引量:2

摘要 暴怒、嘲笑、诋毁、谩骂、侮辱、咆哮、侵犯隐私、威胁恐吓、发脾气、撒谎、违背诺言等等……长期以来领导研究领域主要以积极的、建设性的领导者特质、行为和风格作为研究重点,很少关注负性的、破坏性的领导行为。近年来,由于有关领导者消极、负性行为引起的严重后果屡见报端,学者们开始对组织领导的"阴暗面"给予关注。关于负性领导行为的内涵定义,至今尚未形成统一的定论。目前与负性领导行为有关的概念主要涉及两个方面:
