连云港市机关干部血清尿酸水平的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of serum uric acid level of Lianyungang city level cadres

目的调查分析连云港市机关干部血清UA水平。方法在全自动生化分析仪上对891例机关干部和1136例其他体检者的血清UA进行测定，然后按性别分组并与对照组进行比较。结果血清中的UA存在明显的性别差异，且与对照组差异有非常显著性意义，所有男性组的尿酸水平高于女性组。将检测数据与文献报道各地区干部人群的数据进行比较，证实存在地区差异。结论机关干部血清UA水平明显高于对照组。对机关干部应加强健康教育，注意合理的饮食结构及科学的工作和生活方式。

Objective To investigate the serum uric acid （UA） concentration of leading cadre. Methods The serum UA concen- trations of 891 leading cadres and 1136 physical examination were determined by the Full automatic Biochemical Analyze,and then grouped by sex compared with contrast. Results There were significant differences between the serum UA concentrations of male and those of female. Compared our testing data with the data reported,then confirmed that had the regional differences. Conclusion the serum UA concentration of leading cadres is higher than physical examination＇s. So we should enhance education of healthy, get our diets more reasonable and the style of working and life more scientific.
